Olivia Martinez-Hauge, licensed marriage and family therapist and co-owner of Birdwalk Therapy Collective.
A whole-person perspective

Therapy centered on the whole person.

Emotional well-being is connected to relationships, routines, roles, identity, sensory experiences, and the environments where life unfolds. Therapy at Birdwalk considers these interconnected parts of everyday life while remaining centered on each client’s mental-health needs and goals.

Olivia’s occupational therapy background contributes to a broader whole-person perspective, while psychotherapy remains a distinct mental health service. Her approach is collaborative, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed.
