Olivia Hauge and Amanda Staples, co-founders of Birdwalk Therapy Collective

Thoughtful, neuro-affirming support for daily life.

Occupational therapy, mental health therapy, and sensory-informed design for individuals, families, schools, and organizations, with in-person and online services available when appropriate.

Our Services

Occupational Therapy

Individualized support for participation, regulation, routines, accessibility, and meaningful daily activities.

Mental Health Therapy

Relationship-centered care supporting emotional well-being, connection, and life’s challenges.

Sensory-Informed Design

Thoughtful environments designed to support comfort, regulation, focus, accessibility, participation, and daily life.

A different kind of collective

Wellness, environment, and daily life are connected.

Birdwalk brings occupational therapy, mental health therapy, and sensory-informed design together in one collaborative practice. We begin with curiosity—listening to each person’s lived experience and considering how their nervous system, relationships, routines, and environments shape daily life. From there, we develop support around strengths, current needs, and personally meaningful goals.
